Ingredients
boneless chicken pieces
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 chicken stock cube
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
Method
Marinade the chicken pieces in the other ingredients, then stir-fry with your own selection of vegetables, adding some cornflour to thicken the mixture.
A whole bird is sometimes more time-consuming and expensive than I wish, and there are always those chicken pieces available at the shop too. Irene Sutton has kindly passed on a most delicious recipe for them, which has since gone down a treat in the Trewhitless household, and it truly is as very quick and simple as she promised.
