Ingredients
1 pot of double cream (those in the village shop would be just right) - whipped
A little vanilla sugar (or essence)
A little icing sugar
A little milk
Method
Yes, I do realise that I have put no exact quantities here! I watched Anne produce it without making notes and of course, I can’t remember how much of what. Just add more sugar, if you have a sweet tooth and less, if you don’t. The vanilla really gives the cream a special flavour.
